No! I once did a healing on a brand new house in a newly developed area, but unfortunately, it was plagued with numerous issues and even had a spirit presence. It's important to remember that even though the house may be new, the land it's built on has a history. In this case, the land was previously a farm, and the house inherited some of the negative aspects of that past.
No! If there are any spirits apart from your spirit guides that have not properly crossed over, it is important for them to return to their rightful home if they are stuck here in the earthly realm. They are not being "kicked out" of their house; instead, they are getting a second chance to return back home. Even if they stay, they will be naturally detrimental to you because they are not where they should be. They can always visit once they go back home. Yes, and yes! I do believe in aliens. What a wasted universe if we're the only ones here. On a few occasions, I have had some clients that experienced some ET activity connected to a large body of water that ran through some of their property, which was affecting them detrimentally.

Yes! Everything from condos, apartments, and retirement communities to lofts. These tend to have a higher turnaround of tenants and a lot of people packed in a smaller space (above, below, and to the sides of you) versus a residential house.
Moving can be a highly stressful experience, which is why I recommend taking some time to settle in once you've moved. However, if you find that the move has stirred up a lot of spiritual issues, it may be worth addressing them sooner rather than later. In the past, I've worked with a client who allowed me to map out their new home before they moved in, which helped to streamline the process. Once everything is unpacked, I like to visit and take a look at the electronics and furniture, paying special attention to the placement of the bed.
Yes! Clearing the energetic patterns left by the previous tenant ensures that the next tenant won't be negatively influenced. For instance, if the previous tenant was untidy, their energy pattern can affect the next occupant. This can lead to a repeating pattern, which is undesirable.
